Kennels, carriers and bowls are not allowed.

We have 2 feeding times, between 8-9 A & 4-6 P

Please bring all food in gallon ziplocs with your dog's name labeled on the front

All measurement information is filled out in our online booking system:)

If you include your own scoop PLEASE mark ' provided scoop' and not cup in the instructions to avoid measurement errosrs

We have a fridge to store any wet or cold foods and chews you would like to bring

We can add any toppers, digestive aids, treats to any meals as requested

We only do not allow raw food

We have the following sleep options:
a) Crate
B) Playpen
C) Suite Pen
4) Free Roam

All dogs are crated unless a different option is requested - based on availability - dogs with crate anxiety and multi-pet families have priority for suites, pens and free roam.

You can request any accommodation at no extra charge! It is solely based on a first come first serve basis on what we have left available :)

All multi-pet families are housed together - you must make us aware if they cannot be placed together for any reason

Any dogs that have crate anxiety are given priority to our playpen, free roam and suite pen options. 

Sure, it just needs to be labeled boldly on the bottom of the bed or tag. We wash all bedding before it is returned if it becomes dirty

Please understand it can get destroyed by other dogs or your own dog due to boarding anxiety - please read our separation anxiety agreement when booking.

Yes, you can! But, as dogs can be quite destructive or possessive, we do not allow these toys to entire group play areas. The toys will only be placed in their sleeping area with them. 

Please keep in mind other dogs may snatch these out quickly when releasing pups and it can still get destroyed by others or your own dog due to boarding anxiety.

We post hundreds of photos and several videos daily on our facebook/instagram story (@superpawshouston)

We do not directly send these, but they are available to watch all day long

Please email us to request more if you would like 

As we provide daily photo and video stories, we do not provide any verbal or email updates unless we notice something unusual with your pup.

You are welcome to email/call to check in on things or ask any questions during your pups stay :)! We will happily answer and update as often as you wish

No, we are closed on all Saturdays. The minimum weekend stay is therefore Friday - Sunday :)

No :) Daycare is included in our Boarding rates

You can add optional bubble/water playtime on sunny days for daycare though

All changes and cancellations must be made by noon 3 days before. For refund amount information please read out the cancellation refund policy agreement upon making a booking.

Peak times have the same policy but with a 7-day notice requirement.

Packages are all non-refundable. However they have a lot more flexibility as they can be completely recredited upon cancellation of a stay or early pick-up; unlike our non-package option above (please keep in mind additional services, half day charges and peak charges will still apply to the regular cancellation policy above)

With new dogs, of course, there will often be some separation anxiety. We do our best to make sure each dog feels the most comfortable that they can with plenty of human interaction, etc.

Separation anxiety is common and can upset their digestive system. It may cause them to have some loose stool or diarrhea. As long as it clears up within a couple of days after pickup, then it was most likely separation stress or pickup excitement. In certain cases, they may vomit.

We are able to care for almost all special needs dogs: tripod, blind, deaf or hearing impaired, diaper required, etc. 

We can apply almost all medications but cannot perform injections

If a dog is required to be kept away from others (just spayed/neutered/had surgery), they will need to board at our Medical rate ($50/night)

Yes, for any dog under 30 lbs, a 1 on 1 movie cuddle session can be added to your dog(s) boarding stay. We perform these on Saturdays and they can be solo or shared. 1 hour in length

For the safety of our other dog clients and to reduce stress, we do not allow any visitation no exceptions.
